Sheeeda Launderette & Cleaning Services ("Sheeeda", "we", "us") operates the online booking portal at this website, providing laundry, domestic cleaning, Airbnb turnover and end-of-tenancy cleaning services across Greater Manchester. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
When you make a booking or enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, collection or service address and postcode, and any notes you add about access or your requirements. We also record the service selected, scheduled date and time, and payment status. If you pay online, payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. When you browse the site, we may collect limited technical data such as device and browser type to keep the service running smoothly.
How we use your information
We use your details to confirm and deliver your booking, schedule collection and delivery routes, assign the right team member, process payment, and contact you about your service. We may also use your contact details to reply to enquiries, send booking confirmations and reminders, and, where you have agreed, share occasional service updates. We never sell your personal data.
Sharing your information
We share booking details only with the team members and drivers delivering your service, and with our payment and email providers as needed to operate the booking. We may disclose information where required by law. Subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
How long we keep your data
We keep booking and customer records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask for a copy of your data or request its deletion at any time.
Your rights
